A serial founder, Gaby has co-founded Ladyfest Miami, the worker-owned Coquí Language Collective, and the Building Castles Collaborative, and is the Founder and Managing Principal of Flamboyán Consulting. Across every venture, Gaby designs spaces, campaigns, and collaborations that center connection, storytelling, and collective transformation. With nearly two decades of experience spanning reproductive justice, immigrant rights, and LGBTQ+ liberation, their work brings together organizing, creative practice, and business strategy to help people and movements build with intention and stay rooted while scaling impact.

She now layers AI, automation, and smart digital strategy into a business that runs with purpose and precision.
